The Show Report
Things went well. Very well, in fact, considering the circumstances. See, it's considered bad form to complain or make excuses for a performance during a performance, but it's probably fair to mention those things after the fact. We hadn't practiced for three weeks prior to the week of this show; We only found out about the show on Monday...four days before the show was scheduled to take place; We played two new songs that, up until this point, we had not finished or even played all the way through; I was recovering from a cold.
So, there you have it. My anxieties are lifted. And despite all that, I feel like we gave a great show and played very well. With excuses, I give it a 7. You agree? I am very happy that people liked the new songs and I am even more thankful for everyone who came to see us play! Feel free to talk with us any time you see us. Sometimes we seem busier than we are. Or more timid than we'd care to be.
PS: If you are reading this, then by default you must rock or rule something. Thanks for being a friend to Ghostrunner Come Home.
PPS: An extra special thanks to Senor Steve-Dave. Man, that glacier would have been the end of us had it not been for your quick thinking and atomic energy device.
